    IV. Shipping Cost Responsibility

    • For returns due to product quality issues (e.g., defects or damages), AINOCHI will cover 100% of the return shipping costs.

    • For exchanges due to customer reasons (such as size or shape not fitting), we will cover 50% of the shipping costs, provided the product is unused or only lightly used.

    • For returns initiated for other customer reasons, we may partially or fully require the customer to bear return shipping costs depending on the situation. Please contact our after-sales support for details.


    V. Inspection and Refunds

    • Returned items will be inspected upon arrival to confirm eligibility.

    • Approved returns will be refunded through the original payment method within 24-48 business hours after inspection.

    • Original shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable.

    • Clearance or final sale items marked non-returnable.
