IV. Shipping Cost Responsibility

For returns due to product quality issues (e.g., defects or damages), AINOCHI will cover 100% of the return shipping costs.

For exchanges due to customer reasons (such as size or shape not fitting), we will cover 50% of the shipping costs, provided the product is unused or only lightly used.

For returns initiated for other customer reasons, we may partially or fully require the customer to bear return shipping costs depending on the situation. Please contact our after-sales support for details.
